ProofTrain is governed by ProofChain's consolidated Terms of Service

ProofTrain is part of the ProofChain product family operated by ProofChain Private Limited. Your use of ProofTrain (including credit packs, the Premium subscription, AI design and analysis, trainer profiles, gigs and opportunities, and feedback campaigns) is governed by the consolidated ProofChain Terms of Service.

The following provisions are particular to ProofTrain and are referenced from Section 8 of the consolidated Terms.
- Credit-pack pricing model. Each AI analysis or design generation consumes a fixed number of credits regardless of plan tier. Credit packs do not expire.
- Tier governs capability, not cost-control. Free-tier users get an introductory credit allowance. Premium-tier (₹499/month or equivalent annual) unlocks white-label reports, verified trainer status, top-placement in discovery, and feedback campaigns.
- Trainer profiles & verification. Public trainer profiles are opt-in. Verified status requires credential review by ProofChain staff.
- Opportunities & gigs. ProofChain facilitates discovery between trainers and L&D teams but does not mediate transactions or guarantee outcomes.
- Feedback campaigns. Learner responses are collected anonymously. Aggregate results are visible to the trainer and the commissioning L&D team.
- AI output quality. Outputs are advisory; they are not a substitute for instructional-design expertise or formal training certification.
- Premium subscription billing. Recurring via Razorpay Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Section 13 of the consolidated Terms for the price-change, re-authorisation, and UPI Autopay-mandate rules.
