Privacy Policy

ProofTrain is part of the ProofChain product family operated by ProofChain Private Limited. Your personal data, training designs and analyses, trainer profile, opportunities and feedback campaigns are governed by the consolidated ProofChain Privacy Policy. Section 9 of that policy covers ProofTrain-specific provisions.

The headline promises for ProofTrain

• Your training material is yours. We do not sell, share, mine, or use it to train any AI model.
• Nobody at ProofChain reads it unless you ask. Engineer access is logged, time-limited, and requires a consent step in the same support thread. Access events are audited.
• AI providers don't train on it either. Submitted text goes to Anthropic and OpenAI under no-train-on-your-data contracts, retained briefly only for safety monitoring.
• Stored in Mumbai (asia-south1), encrypted at rest and in transit. Data resides in India; AI inference happens outside India under the cross-border-transfer conditions in Section 12 of the consolidated Privacy Policy.
• Trainer profile is private by default. You opt in to public listing. Verified status is reviewed by staff under audited access.
• Feedback campaigns are anonymous to learners. Direct identifiers are not collected from respondents; aggregate results are visible to the trainer and the commissioning L&D team.
• No advertising or behavioural tracking. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party tracking cookies. Essential session cookies for Firebase Auth only.

Marketing communications

If you create an account or use our paid services, we may occasionally email you about related product features, improvements, tips, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every marketing email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. Marketing emails are sent only by us, only about ProofChain products, and only as long as you remain subscribed.

If you have not yet engaged with our paid services, we will only send you marketing emails if you explicitly opted in at signup.

Your rights, contact, and grievance escalation

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, portability, nomination, and grievance. To exercise any of these, email privacy@proofchain.in. We respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act.
